Second EB5 Immigrant Investor Project with PIDC Regional Center Paid in Full

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – CanAm Enterprises, LLC, the leader in immigration-linked investment funds in the US and the exclusive promoter for the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) Regional Center in Philadelphia, is proud to report that its second EB5 Immigrant Investment Project loan to 1801 Restaurant Partners for completion of the highly successful Center City restaurant Continental Midtown, has reached maturity and was repaid to the Limited Partnership in full and on time. Consistent with the offering, an attractive alternative investment was recommended by the general partner. All limited partners who elected not to make the alternative investment have received a full return of their $500,000 principal investment.
