All Los Angeles Film Regional Center projects will be located in Los Angeles County, California in a set of contiguous census tracts originally designated as a targeted employment area (TEA) by the California Employment Development Department (EDD), which was the state agency designated to make TEA certifications pursuant to 8 CFR Section 204.6(i). The Los Angeles Film Regional Center TEA was reconfirmed by the Secretary of Business, Transportation and Housing, the new designated state agency as of April 21, 2008. Please note that job creation reports are provided and reviewed by EI Capital on a semi-annual basis and subject to the USCIS's review. |
